Hello!
Haven't seen anything here in a while? We've been working, not blogging, duh...
So, after learning that Turun Joukkoliikenne's attempt to encourage people to take the bus to work didn't really turn out the way they wanted to, we started to do some research. Our idea was to get perspectives of the problem (people not using the go-to-work-without-paying-any-taxes-bus tickets) from three different points of view - the employees', the employers' and the bus company's itself.
We suppose the readers are familiar with the case, therefore we feel no need for further explanations about the situation.
After analyzing the problem from these earlier mentioned three perspectives, we came up with some pretty good points for solutions. But we won't give those away here, of course. Yet.
Our weapon of choice for tomorrow's workshop would be Lateral Thinking, focusing on the Challenge Idea Generating Tool. Basically it's all about questioning the obvious and asking the question WHY? We agreed on that "why not?" could also work.
Since this is supposed to be a videoblog, here's a video with Geir Rönning doing some Lateral Thinking:

Turned out these were the only marketing material for the whole launching campaign. Well, after all, yellow is a nice colour. |

Linus and Showkat are definetely doing some hard thinking work here. Anton is holding a cup with nothing in it. Great job Anton. |
